This is just to ensure that you have fully tested our products and know about the complete features, etc. and also that it meets your needs and, therefore, there will ABSOLUTELY be NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS.

www.mutualfundtools.com offers online technology solutions including but not limited to software development, website development, IT consulting, and related services ("Services"). www.mutualfundtools.com is an online platform providing branding solutions to Mutual Fund distributors who are AMFI certified and other financial intermediaries like RIAs (SEBI registered Investment Advisors) in India to help them grow their business.

Users can avail services such as: Mutual Fund Research, create client proposals, do client risk profiling, download fund fact sheet, scheme portfolios, NAVs, download various promotional and educative banners for social media marketing, calculators for making projections, Report builder for creating custom research report, understand various investment concepts and many such reports and utilities beneficial for their business. Users should note that these services can be added removed modified from time to time.

Users can sign up on the platform using their license number and use the services for 7 days as Free trial period. Post the trial period the user can pay the annual subscription amount www.mutualfundtools.com pricing-list by selecting any of the subscription plans and use the services for 12 months period. After 12 months period, the user can renew the services by paying the subscription amount applicable at the time of renewal.

2. Users Responsibilities

The Users (MFDs/ RIAs and others) agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.

The User is responsible for ensuring the legality and appropriateness of the content provided for use in the Services.

The User shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the Services.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Services shall be made according to the terms specified in the agreement between the service provider and the user.

All fees are non-refundable once Services have been activated on the platform unless otherwise agreed upon.

For purchasing any service available on the website, the user has to purchase the appropriate Plan according to his requirements - Please refer this section www.mutualfundtools.com pricing-list. The user will pay the subscription amount based on the Plan chosen.

User must be careful while providing their information and must warrant that the information provided is true and accurate.

Payment mode used can be Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cheque, e-wallets, Net-banking, payment gateways (Phone Pay) or any medium - other than cash - we may choose to introduce on the website.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Services, including but not limited to software, code, designs, and content, shall remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The User may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent from the Provider.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of providing or receiving Services. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the disclosing party.

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Services. In no event shall Service Provider's total liability exceed the amount paid by the User for the Services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for Services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.Upon termination, the User shall pay for any outstanding fees owed to the Service Provider for Services rendered prior to termination.

8. Governing Law and judicial recourse

The terms herein will be governed by and construed under the laws of India and the State of Karnataka without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The courts of the state of Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Website.

9. Amendments

Service Provider reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying Clients through other means. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The service provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, or timeliness of the information listed by us.

12. ASSIGNMENT

The Service provider shall have the right to assign/transfer this agreement to any third party including our holding, subsidiaries, affiliates, associates, and group companies, without any consent of the User.
